Glassware can have a big impact on the quality of your dispense product. No customer likes to be served a poor pint, so here’s what you need to know to keep your pints and pint glasses in the best possible condition:
Glassware can have either enamel or laser-etched nucleation. This is manufactured n to the base of the glass and is designed to break out the CO2 from the liquid in order to maintain the perfectly formed head from pour.
Too much glass wash detergent or the wrong type, can lead to a flat pour. On the other hand, warm glasses that haven’t been allowed to dry and cool off can lead to fobbing.
Place them inverted on a plastic lattice (preferably 3mm in depth). And don’t stack glasses - that’s just asking for trouble.
There are glass renovator products available that can help keep your glassware good as new. We recommend renovating your glassware every 4 – 6 weeks. Just make sure you follow the instructions, and give them a normal wash afterwards.

That should be between 55-65 C, however please refer to your glass washer’s indicator light, as this will let you know when it’s ready to go.
Clean the filter, unblock the spray jets every day, and leave the door open at the end of the day. Also remember that your washer itself can get dirty. Have a visible check in your machine for signs of dirt or mould - if you see any then it’s time for a deep clean of the machine.
In short, no ashtrays, no mugs, no foreign objects should make their way into your glass-washing machine. It can also be of benefit to proportion your glassware washing to high-volume brands.
Preferably with a Quash cleaner. Sorry about that. Guess it’s the price you have to pay for beauty.
Remember to rotate your glassware and don’t touch them while they’re drying off.
