Named after its colour, the ambrato a Vermouth made with three types of wormwood. It is designed to honour the traditional methods of the first Martini master herbalists. A clear but deepy red. Aromas of black pepper, strawberries, redcurrant and wormwood. A very berry taste, almost cassis-like with faint-woody tannins balanced out by sweet fruity berries. A clean and refreshing finish with a lingering of wormwood.
